About the Project

A European Partnership for Youth Well-Being and Personal Development

Mindful Milestones brings together organisations from Italy, Slovakia, and Bulgaria with shared expertise in youth work, education, mindfulness, coaching, positive psychology, gamification, and personal development. The project responds to a clear need: many young people are facing stress, uncertainty, social pressure, and lack of direction during the transition to adulthood. Our solution is to create a set of practical and open-access resources that combine gratitude, self-reflection, goal-setting, and game-based learning.

Through Living Labs, focus groups, pilot testing, and mobility activities, they help shape the tools and ensure they are relevant, realistic, and useful!
